Spotfacing/Counterboring

BSF: Designed for CNC machining, our BSF tool is an economical backwards spotfacing/counterboring tool that allows machining of large spotfaces and counterbores up to 2.3xd. 

SOLO: The fastest and most durable spotfacing/counterboring tool on the market, SOLO is able to cut the most difficult of materials and counterbore geometry. 

GH-Z/E: For large part production and the turbine industry, GH-Z/E produces forward and reverse spotfaces and counterbores as well as special form countersinks and other contour forms. Designed and built to meet your specific application.

Countersinking

SOLO: The fastest and most durable spotfacing/counterboring tool on the market, SOLO is  also able to produce front and back countersinking operations. 

GH-K: With interchangeable blades to simplify use, GH-K produces large chatter-free countersinks from 3 mm-45 mm. 

GH/Z-E: For large part production and the turbine industry, GH-Z/E produces forward and reverse spotfaces and counterbores as well as special form countersinks and other contour forms. Designed and built to meet your specific application.

COMP: Each COMP tool is designed and built to your specification and allows multiple countersinking and drilling operations on uneven surfaces.

Combination Drilling

VEX-S: High performance solid carbide drill combined with the SNAP chamfering system will drill and chamfer holes in one operation. The convex cutting edge guarantees high drilling performance with short chips, guaranteed even with a long chipping material. 

VEX-P: For larger bore diameters, VEX-P combines a high performance solid carbide drill with the SNAP chamfering system to drill and chamfer in one operation. 

COMBI: A unique innovation which combines a range of customized applications including drilling, chamfering, countersinking, and spotfacing. 

COMP: Each COMP tool is designed and built to your specification and allows multiple countersinking and drilling operations on uneven surfaces.

Cross Hole Deburring

COFA: HEULE's standard solution which allows for easy deburring of cross bores by removing burrs on the front and back of a drilled through-hole on sloped, even, and uneven surfaces.

COFA-X: A customized tool for more complex situations, COFA-X is designed to handle three types of bores: those with an identical or nearly identical diameter crossing each other; bores which merge into one another; and crossing bores with offset centers. 

SNAP-X: A customized tool that deburrs cross bores that leave sharp edges, such as for a central bore where several cross bores of various diameters lead in from different angles, SNAP-X tooling allows several cross bores to be machined right at the burr base and is effective on shafts and drive train components with intersecting cross holes.

CBD: Developed to deburr oil bores by penetrating the cross bore and deburring the bore intersection in a process-safe manner. In addition to the classic crank shaft oil bore, customized CBD tooling is suitable for extremely complex intersecting bores and through-holes with interrupted surfaces.
