It [HEULE BSF tool] has automated a process for me which was very labor-intensive. It has freed up operator time because I know when I get past a certain feature, it is lights out machining.
Our production is up and tool cost is down. The COFA tool made a big difference on this part.

For a hole deburring operation I switched from two tools for producing top and bottom corner radii to a Heule COFA tool. This let one tool finish both sides of the hole and save space in the carousel.
